In the past time, villagers of Kuang Amo, a remote hamlet in the sub district of Moyo Hulu Sumbawa regency took weeks to reach Sumbawa Besar, They now take hours. Even Though the road leading there is still unpaved, rocky and dusty. And it become worse in rainy season.
The population in this hamlet is less than thousand people. The village located in a valley surrounded by mountainous area and green woods. no electricity here and there is only a low signal to get connected with other people out the area.

The people of Kuang Amo still maintain their traditional way of life, as can be seen from their home construction that hundred percent using wood and bamboo.
