After breakfast in hotel, you will have a chance to see the biggest historical herritage of Sumbawa District, that is visiting the Old Palace of the Sumbawa Sultanate called DALAM LOKA. A big wooden house with 99 beam, Ancient wooden palace that was built during the reign of Sultan Jalaluddin Muhammad Shah III (Around 1885). Currently used as a "Sumbawa Region Museum " storage objects of Sumbawa Regency. Such as agricultural tools used in ancient times are still traditional, kitchen appliance / cooking equipment, as well as manuscripts and other historical relics of the Palace. This Palace is the two twin towers are supported on large wooden poles as much as 99 pieces, according to the nature of God in Al - Qur (Asma ul Husna). In the workshops we can see the carved motifs of Samawa area, as decorations on wooden buildings. The replica of this Palace can be seen at Taman Mini Indonesia Indah (Ancol), Jakarta.
15 km to the South of Sumbawa Town, there is a Small village called Batu Alang and Teloa, this Village is famous because of its Sword`s Smith. This Skill is passed from generation to generation.
The village is famous for having many smith to make swords, machetes and daggers. by visiting this village you can witness the activities of making machetes, swords which is very popular on the island of Sumbawa.
after visiting the villages to make swords and machetes, we will invite you to visit the second largest dam in Indonesia called the Batu Bulan Dam, which is located not far from the village of Batu Alang, traveling only 15 minutes. in this place you can enjoy the natural scenery of mountains and lakes articulation with several beautiful gili in the middle.
After enjoying the beauty of Batu Bulan`s Dam, we will invite you to visit the Village of Semongkat. The next trip takes approximately 30 minutes. This area is famous for its natural beauty of the mountains and cold weather. There is also a natural water pool in the surrounding mountains, where you can relax. after that you can view or purchase souvenirs of Sumbawa that is Sumbawa nature of the original honey.
